Depending on how you use the Site, we may collect the following categories of Personal Information (“PI”). Some categories may not apply to you.

A. Identifiers & Contact Information

• Name, company name (if provided), email address, phone number, shipping/billing address, account login details (if you create an account).

B. Commercial Information

• Products viewed or purchased, order history, returns and exchanges, delivery preferences, customer service communications.

C. Payment & Transaction Information

• Payment method type and transaction details (e.g., purchase amount, status).

Payment card information is processed by the payment provider you select at checkout; we generally receive only limited details needed to confirm and administer the transaction.

• Provide and operate the Site and online store (shopping cart, checkout, order processing, customer account functionality).

• UPS (via Shopify app): label creation, shipment processing, tracking updates.

D. Store functionality and access management (Shopify Apps)

• Checkout Blocks (checkout customization and rules)
• Forms (capturing submitted information)
• Locksmith (restricted/gated content or access control)

E. Business operations / ERP

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central integration (order, inventory, invoice, operational processing).

F. Newsletter / customer communications

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (newsletter management and sending, where opted-in).

G. Product Information Management (PIM)

• ainavio (product information management; typically product content data. If PI is included in content or operational records, it may be processed accordingly.)

H. Website / Shop support agency (processor)

We work with a specialized agency for implementation and support services related to our shop system, integrations, and operations. In this context, access to technical data (and, if necessary, PI) may occur strictly under our instructions.

Important: We do not disclose PI to third parties for their own marketing purposes unless you direct us to do so or we have a lawful basis.

We do not “sell” Personal Information for money.
Some U.S. laws also define “sale” or “sharing” broadly (e.g., for cross-context behavioral advertising). Because we do not use advertising trackers/analytics on the Site, we do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising on the Site in the typical sense.

We retain PI only as long as reasonably necessary to:

• fulfill the purposes described above,

• Correct: request correction of inaccurate PI,
• Data Portability: request your PI in a portable format,
• Opt-Out: opt out of certain processing, such as targeted advertising, sale, or sharing (where applicable),
• Non-Discrimination: not be discriminated against for exercising your rights,
• Appeal: in certain states, you may appeal a decision we make regarding your request.
